1. The Promoter
This promotion is run by HIDE Foods Ltd, 9 Berners Place, London, W1T 3AD, United Kingdom ("HIDE", "we", "us").
2. Eligibility
2.1 Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who receive this email as part of HIDE's CRM/insider list.
2.2 Employees of HIDE, their families, agencies, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.3 One redemption per person/household for this promotion.
3. Promotional Period
3.1 The promotion opens on 14th July 2026 and all qualifying social posts must be shared by 23:59 on Sunday 26th July 2026. Posts shared after this time will not be eligible for reimbursement.
3.2 Opt-in is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to limited availability. Participants will be notified by email if they have successfully secured a place. Once a place has been confirmed, participants who complete the promotion requirements by the deadline will be eligible for reimbursement.
4. How to Take Part
4.1 Opt in via the link provided in the promotional email, providing your first name, last name and a valid email address. Participants should wait until they receive confirmation that their place has been secured before purchasing HIDE products.
4.2 Purchase 2 x HIDE meals or salads from Tesco (in-store or via Tesco.com).
4.3 Post about your purchase and/or HIDE meal(s) on Instagram or TikTok, tagging @hide_food.
4.4 Ensure the post is public (not on a private account) at the time HIDE reviews it, so that it can be verified. Or if you have a private account, send HIDE a screenshot of your post.
4.5 HIDE will review qualifying posts and contact the participant via Instagram/TikTok DM and/or email to arrange reimbursement.
5. Reimbursement
5.1 Eligible participants will receive reimbursement as a cash payment via a secure payment link, up to a maximum value of £10 per person.
5.2 Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation) may be requested before reimbursement is issued.
5.3 Reimbursement will be issued within 7-10 business days of the post being verified.
5.4 HIDE reserves the right to withhold reimbursement if the post does not meet the requirements in Section 4, or is removed before verification.
6. Content & Social Media Requirements
6.1 All content must be appropriate, non-offensive, and comply with Instagram's and TikTok's community guidelines.
6.2 Participants must clearly disclose the gifted nature of the post in line with ASA/CAP guidance by including #ad or #gifted in their post.
6.3 By posting and tagging @hide_food, participants grant HIDE a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to like, comment on, share, and repost their content on HIDE's own social channels (@hide_food and affiliated accounts), with credit to the original poster where reasonably practicable.
6.4 HIDE reserves the right to remove or decline to repost any content at its discretion.
7. Limited Spaces
7.1 This promotion has limited spaces available. Opting in does not guarantee a place or reimbursement - spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and HIDE may close the promotion at any time without prior notice once capacity is reached.
7.2 HIDE will let participants know if the promotion is fully subscribed, and may run further opportunities in future.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data (name, email, and any payment details required to process reimbursement) will be processed in accordance with HIDE's Privacy Policy, available here.
8.2 Data will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and will not be shared with third parties except as required to process payment/reimbursement.
9. General
9.1 HIDE reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, for reasons outside its reasonable control.
9.2 HIDE's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.
9.3 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.4 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Tesco, Instagram, or TikTok.
