HIDE "Grace Bought Me Lunch" Promotion — Full Terms & Conditions

By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Promoter: The promoter is Lean Kitchen Network Ltd, 9 Berners Place, London, W1T 3AD ("the Promoter").

  2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the administration or execution of this promotion are excluded. To successfully claim, participants must possess internet access, an active and public Instagram or TikTok account, a valid UK physical postal delivery address, and a valid itemised Tesco store or Tesco.com receipt.

  3. Promotional Period: The promotion opens at 09:00 on 26/05/2026 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 31/05/2026. Qualifying purchases must be executed, and the corresponding social media content published, strictly within this window. The online claim form will remain open for submissions until 23:59 on Friday 05/06/2026, after which no further claims will be accepted.

  4. How to Participate & Claim: To claim a full reimbursement for your HIDE meal, you must complete the following sequence during the Promotional Period:

    • Purchase: Buy any single (1) qualifying HIDE chilled meal from a participating physical UK Tesco store or via Tesco.com. Retain your original, itemised receipt clearly showing the retail outlet, date, timestamp, and product description.

    • Follow: Follow the official @hide_food brand account on Instagram or TikTok.

    • Post: Publish an authentic photo or video showcasing your HIDE meal experience on your public Instagram (Grid Feed or Reels only; Stories are strictly excluded due to their transient 24-hour nature) or public TikTok profile. Your post must explicitly tag @hide_food and incorporate the mandatory hashtag #GraceBoughtMeLunch. Your profile must remain fully public until your claim is processed to allow validation.

    • Submit Claim Form: Access the online claim form via the link provided, input your full legal name, valid email address, full UK physical postal address (including a valid postcode), upload a clear, unedited photo of your itemised Tesco receipt, and provide a direct link or screenshot of your public social media post.

  5. The Reward (Reimbursement Voucher): Validated claimants will receive a 100% reimbursement of the purchase price paid for one (1) qualifying HIDE meal, up to a maximum cap value of £5.00. This reimbursement will be fulfilled solely in the form of a physical Tesco voucher for a HIDE meal. Vouchers will be delivered via standard UK postal services within 35 working days of successful claim validation. No cash alternative or electronic funds transfer is available.

  6. Limitations and Exclusions: A strict maximum limitation of one (1) voucher claim applies per individual consumer, per household address, and per distinct social media handle. Syndicated, bulk, automated, or consumer group-orchestrated claims are strictly forbidden. Receipts that appear blurry, altered, defaced, or have been previously utilized for a claim will be rejected instantly. The Promoter reserves the right to audit and verify all claims.

  7. Data Protection & Privacy: Any personal data collected during this campaign—specifically including names, social media handles, email addresses, and physical UK postal addresses—will be handled in strict accordance with current UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of validating claims, printing fulfillment labels, and dispatching physical vouchers. All collected participant data will be permanently and securely purged from the Promoter's databases within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of voucher fulfillment, unless the participant explicitly selects to opt-in to marketing communications.

  8. General Compliance: In line with CAP Code Rule 8.23, these terms will not be amended mid-promotion unless exceptional, unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control occur, rendering changes unavoidable. The Promoter accepts no liability for vouchers lost, delayed, or misdirected by postal services due to inaccurate address entry by the claimant. This promotion is entirely independent of, and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, Tesco PLC, Instagram, or TikTok.
